A great city deserves a great newspaper - or even two. Chicago has two full-fledged newspapers: the Chicago Tribune and the Chicago Sun-Times. Both papers tend towards the liberal side - the Sun-Times more so than the Tribune.

Unfortunately, even the editorial boards of both papers lean to the left. Each paper has a stable of columnists who apparently interned at Pravda, the old Soviet news bureau. I can name names and I will do so in this blog.

As Ronald Reagan once said: “It isn’t that Liberals are ignorant. It’s just that they know so much that just isn’t so.”
